Who we are
Titan Property Investors acquires and holds income-producing real estate, with a focus on RV parks, campgrounds, and outdoor hospitality property. We buy with our own capital and our own decision-making, which means the person you talk to is the person deciding.
This site exists for one reason: to be the clearest, most useful resource a Virginia RV park owner can find when they start thinking about selling — whether or not they ever sell to us.
How we work with owners
- We buy directly. There is no listing agreement and no commission charged to you on a sale to us.
- We give straight answers, including when we are not the right buyer for a property.
- We treat every conversation as confidential. Nothing is marketed, listed, or shared publicly.
- We do not sell, rent, or broker your information to other buyers.
- We look at properties in any condition, including closed parks and properties with incomplete records.
- There is no obligation at any stage, and no pressure to move faster than you want to.
What we look for
We consider RV parks, campgrounds, and outdoor hospitality properties across Virginia — Shenandoah Valley, Hampton Roads and the coast, Central Virginia, Northern Virginia, Southside, and Southwest Virginia. Size, condition, and current performance are all flexible; a property does not need to be stabilized or well documented for us to look at it.
If a property is not a fit, we will tell you that directly and, where we can, point you toward a route that makes more sense for your situation.

Titan Property Investors operates state-focused resources in other markets as well. Each site is built for its own state, with its own regulatory and market content, because the rules that govern a campground sale in Virginia are not the rules that govern one elsewhere.
